Eraldo R. Fernandes
Welcome to my homepage! I am a computer science doctoral candidate at Algorithm Engineering Research Group (LEARN) of PUC-Rio, Brazil. My advisor is Prof. Ruy L. Milidiú. We work on machine learning methods, mainly applied to natural language processing.
I received a Master's degree on algorithms, parallelism, and optimization from PUC-Rio in 2005, advised by Prof. Celso C. Ribeiro. In 2003, I graduated on Computer Science from UFMS.
I am also a professor at Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia de Goiás (IFG). However, I am temporally discharged from IFG to attend the doctoral program at PUC-Rio.
