I am currently taking a Computer Science doctorate at Algorithm Engineering Research Group (LEARN) of Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. My advisor is Professor Ruy L. Milidiú. We work on Machine Learning methods applied to Natural Language Processing.
The main technique that I am using in my PhD project are large margin structured perceptrons.
